Our ranch began as one of the properties belonging to the Camp family, whose history in Florida dates back to the 1800s and can be read about here https://www.ocalastyle.com/flo-grown/. In the 1960s Elias "Tony" Garcia Sr.  purchased the 178 acres along with his wife Carol and soon came their son.  Mr. Garcia was a broker and had a hand in developing The Highlands in Inverness Florida, as well as being on the Board of Directors for First Federal Bank and many other organizations. Fast forward to now and you'll find that much of the original acreage is unchanged and kept as natural as possible, while The Garcias' son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren raise grassfed beef and pork as a small family farm. The farm is just a hop and skip from Flying Eagle Preserve, an 11,000 acre public nature conservation area on the Inverness Chain-of-Lakes. We are often visited by deer, coyote, wild hog, Sandhill Cranes, turtles, alligators, and other wildlife. 

We offer the ability for 55+ Adults (sorry, no minors) in self-contained modern camper vans and Class B/C RVs up to 32 ft to come and experience Florida Agriculture and Conservation in the most natural way! You will stay on our active farm and learn how we manage our cattle on pasture and have the opportunity to  see what we have done in the past to grow all natural foods. We may have products available for sale on site such as firewood, plant starts, compost, baked goods etc.
